SPOTLIGHT ON HORSES
Horses are prey animals, and rely on their highly developed ability to detect subtle changes to maintain their safety. They are equally able to recognize emotions and intentions of their equine herdmates and their human companions, making them incredible teachers. They act like living biofeedback systems, reflecting back to us so we can activate our own authentic understanding of ourselves.
The EpalaTM approach teaches the seven aspects of transformation, and how horses can help us work through these seven aspects. The progression from one aspect to another is not linear, but more of a spiral, where we each travel through all aspects repeatedly at different levels over the course of our lives. The really important thing is to keep moving!
